Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Team Lead for our Romeoville plant. You will lead maintenance activities, coordinate with supervisors and production, and ensure a safe, compliant, and productive environment in a USDA/FDA-regulated food facility.

The role requires 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience. Strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred; includes 2nd shift and full-time hours with a shift differential, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience in USDA or FDA-regulated food manufacturing.
• Proficient communicator; able to take direction, set priorities, and work self-directed within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and priorities, assisting the Maintenance Manager and covering leadership gaps as needed.
• Partner with maintenance supervisors, sanitation, production, and logistics to resolve facilities issues across the plant.
• Champion safety across departments; train team on lift operation and safe welding practices; reinforce LOTO and ladder safety.
