Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a facilities HVAC Technician.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical HVAC systems.
• Develop and execute PM programs on HVAC equipment.
• Perform after-hours support on a rotational basis.

Skills

HVAC Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills

General knowledge of Pneumatic controls

Proficiency in the maintenance of large air handlers

Education

AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training

Tools

Universal EPA Certification
