rabbittransit is seeking a Lead Facilities and Ground Technician based in York, PA, who will drive a company vehicle to other PA counties for maintenance and repairs. The role includes a full benefits package, weekly pay, and a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as workload requires.

The position reports to the Facilities Manager and involves coordinating with the Facilities and Grounds team, performing diverse building and grounds tasks, and safeguarding cleanliness and safety across all

Qualificações

• 1–3 years experience in janitorial, grounds keeping or building/facility small repair duties preferred.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electricity and the ability to install/change receptacles/light fixtures/ballast.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and repair of toilets/sinks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, train and oversee Facilities and Grounds teams; perform general servicing to maintain facilities.
• Set up tables/chairs for meetings and events; assist with pickups/deliveries as needed.
• Complete small repairs to facilities; coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs.
• Maintain supplies, inspect properties for repairs and updates, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
