Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AWS D1.1 certification preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and performing layout work is essential.
• Welding methods include SMAW, MIG and TIG; strong fabrication background required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and construct fabricated products per drawings, ensuring quality and safety.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely as needed.
• Evaluate equipment for damage and wear, perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Work overtime as required and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
