T1 Energy is hiring a Facility Manager to own all facilities engineering and operations at the G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, TX. This senior role requires hands-on leadership of cleanroom HVAC, ultrapure water, process gases, exhaust, and electrical power infrastructure to maintain continuous 24/7 operations.

You will lead a facilities engineering and maintenance team, manage multi-megawatt power systems, and drive preventative maintenance programs.

Formación

• 10+ years in facilities engineering and operations in semiconductor or cleanroom manufacturing.
• Experience with cleanroom utility systems: HVAC, UPW, gases, exhaust.
• Proven multi-megawatt power infrastructure and high-density electrical distribution experience.
• Track record of building and executing maintenance programs for high uptime.
• Experience leading capital projects from design to commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Own all facilities operations at the G2 solar cell fab, including cleanroom HVAC and environmental controls.
• Lead and develop a facilities engineering and maintenance team for 24/7 fab operations.
• Manage multi-megawatt electrical power systems, substations, UPS, and distribution.
• Establish preventative and predictive maintenance programs for critical utility systems.
• Oversee cleanroom environmental performance (temp, humidity, particulates, pressurization).
• Lead facilities capital projects with construction and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Process, EHS, and Equipment teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
