Qualifications

• Boutique fitness coaching experience is required.
• Strong leadership or senior coaching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT programming.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and member engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy F45 workouts while setting and maintaining coaching quality standards.
• Mentor, onboard, and develop coaching staff through training and feedback.
• Support studio sales, marketing campaigns, and community events.
• Manage scheduling, class coverage, and equipment organization.
