Job summary
Walmart in YUMA, AZ is seeking a Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services for a year-round role. You will lead a team of exterior service technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a safe, clean exterior for customers.
Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will guide day-to-day operations, while you train staff, coordinate work orders, and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills to train and lead technicians.
- Ability to use phones, tablets, and laptops for work orders.
- Willingness to perform landscaping tasks including mowing.
- Knowledge of planting, pruning, pest/disease management.
- Experience with irrigation, pressure washing, and exterior upkeep.
- Strong customer service orientation and prioritization.
- Uphold safety, ethics, and company policies.
