Job summary

University of Kentucky is seeking an Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development in Magoffin County, based in Salyersville, KY. You will provide leadership and management for county 4-H programs, coordinating school and community activities to develop youth.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, forming councils and committees, and disseminating practical information on Agriculture, Family & Consumer Sciences, 4-H and community development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Agriculture, Family & Consumer Sciences, Social Science, or similar field.
• Must be able to recruit and train volunteers and leaders to work with youth.
• Willingness to travel to sites throughout the county and conduct programs.

Responsibilities
