Job summary

Product Connections, a unit within Acosta Group, seeks Lead Event Specialists for part-time in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will engage customers, share product benefits, and support event operations while training and guiding team members when needed.

No prior demonstration experience is required; training is provided. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food safety certification may be required; additional certifications possible by location.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally).

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as in-store contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
