Required 8+ years in relevant fields, with a strong track record in vehicle launches, DFM, and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Design Industrialization Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven vehicle launch experience from prototype to mass production.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own processes from sourcing to transition to high volume production with suppliers.
• Define supplier quality goals during DFM negotiations and prototype phases.
• Lead supplier visits and product introduction activities at the supplier.
• Support design team with 2-D drawings and component specifications.
• Drive should-cost activities and supplier negotiations.
