Qualifications

• Proven experience pricing residential renovation and general contracting projects.
• Has led an estimating team and built a documented system.
• Able to defend estimates with data and create QC processes.
• Self-starter, proactive, and willing to drive change without micro-management.
• Systems thinking with a process-driven approach.
• Ability to manage up to executive leadership with data-driven insights.
