Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to develop Type I-IV CAPEX and OPEX estimates for major projects in the USA. The role covers engineering, procurement, fabrication, transport, installation, and commissioning, with expertise in Excel, Access and Visual Basic.

Based in Houston, you will guide estimating standards, structures, bases of estimate, and risk analysis, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver accurate cost data for bids and projects.

Qualifications

• Develop Type I-IV CAPEX and OPEX estimates for major projects.
• Provide estimating guidance, standards and processes.
• Work with WBS and design scope to ensure complete data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimate plans with methodologies and bases.
• Review scope and quantities for completeness.
• Benchmark against previous estimates and industry standards.
• Support risk analysis and contingency assessment.
• Present cost information to management and clients.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on cost data.
