Job summary
Victaulic is seeking a Lead Estimator for Infrastructure & EPC in Easton, PA area with strong BIM fluency. You will lead a team of estimators, translate piping specs into cost estimates, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering to ensure accurate, competitive bids across global projects.
You will oversee scope development, material and labor take-offs, and quality control while traveling as needed to support project delivery.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in piping estimation, coordination, engineering, or design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (<1%).
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of estimators, guiding estimation workflows and professional growth.
- Coordinate with Sales to align early-stage opportunities before submittal.
- Review piping drawings, BOMs, isometrics for compliance with procedures and standards.
- Provide weekly status updates and balance capacity with deadlines.
- Identify scope gaps and manage risk; support proposal development and bids.
