Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in an estimating role on large EPCM projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of a team of estimators.
• Experience with electrical estimating discipline.
• Heavy industrial estimating experience is required.
• Knowledge of EPC/LSTK estimating techniques.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with estimating tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand estimating scope, deliverables, and estimate structure.
• Develop estimate plan and initiate kick-off meetings.
• Coordinate MTO deliverables with engineering.
• Deliver accurate estimates per procedures and practices.
• Perform bottom-up calculation of field costs and contingencies.
• Establish project escalation and contingency requirements.
• Calculate cash expenditure and escalation over duration.
• Attend estimate review meetings and present the BAS.
• Maintain and upgrade the estimating database.
• Input to Gate Release Meetings.
