Job summary

MasTec Civil is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive bid packages for our Florida market and lead a team of estimators through a full bid cycle. You will develop cost strategies, manage CPM scheduling, and coordinate risk analysis while collaborating with engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Heavy Civil with 5+ years estimating in the USA.
• Experience with FDOT/Turnpike, MDX or similar projects; knowledge of design-build, design-bid-build, Lump Sum.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid team and develop bid packages from start to end.
• Create and manage risk matrices and CPM scheduling.
• Present bid strategy and outcomes to executives.
• Mentor estimators and coordinate estimating efforts.
