Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating heavy industrial and structural concrete projects.
• Leadership experience managing estimators or preconstruction staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Oversee bid strategy and preparation through bid day.
• Coordinate with Operations, PM, and Engineering for accurate pricing.
• Develop risk assessments and contingencies.
