Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of roofing estimating experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Takeoff software. This full-time role offers growth paths and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Proven ability to manage large commercial roofing bids.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Experience with estimating and takeoff software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Lead Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects while serving as a technical leader within the estimating department.
