Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for overhead, underground, substation, and transmission projects
• Build unit pricing and maintain an accurate cost database
• Track project performance and support forecasting
• Prepare takeoffs, pricing, scopes, schedules, and proposal packages
• Identify bid opportunities and submit RFP responses
• Work with operations to ensure constructability and accuracy
• Develop processes for standard estimating and repeatability
• Support business development by leveraging industry relationships
