Massage Envy South Windsor is seeking a dynamic leader to guide and support our licensed Estheticians while continuing to perform skincare services.

You will report to the Clinic General Manager, coach the team, oversee onboarding and ongoing education, monitor performance, and ensure safety and professionalism in a busy wellness center.

We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and inspiring individual to lead and support our talented team of Estheticians. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Clinic General Manager and play a key leadership role in shaping the careers and success of our Licensed Estheticians, while still performing skincare treatments on clients.

You’ll provide administrative support, train and onboard Estheticians, monitor Esthetician performance results, oversee ongoing development plans, and foster a professional, safe, and empowering environment for our employees.

What You’ll Do:
