Operations

• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Assist the Manager with scheduling, including making adjustments throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
• Help with inventory counts, product orders, Amazon orders, receiving products, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Achieve store and individual sales goals.
• Report directly to the Store Manager.

Training

• Assist in training estheticians to ensure confidence in protocols, product knowledge, selling, and compliance.
• Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing protocols, products, and services.
• Support the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable for hitting benchmarks on service sales, product sales, memberships, and rebooking.
• Ensure all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are upheld.
• Engage in coaching conversations with team members.
• Conduct product, retail, and membership training for Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.

Marketing

• Assist with marketing initiatives, including events, pop-ups, and social media content creation.

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior leadership experience.
• Availability to work onsite events during nights and weekends.

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of salon/spa experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership and customer service experience in the salon, spa, or retail industry.
