Our attorneys meet weekly to discuss challenging cases, exchange perspectives, and learn from one another, giving you both the independence that comes with experience and the benefit of a collaborative attorney team.

We're looking for an attorney who appreciates that structure and thrives within strong systems, while bringing their own experience and judgment to the work.

The position offers a financial bonus opportunity, 4 weeks of total paid time off with the opportunity to earn additional PTO through our group bonus program, and hybrid flexibility. Attorneys are generally available in Rochester for client appointments approximately three days per week, with the ability to work remotely approximately two days per week.
