Responsibilities

• Maintain an active and effective eSports program that promotes good sportsmanship and student development through participation in practices, activities, and competitions.
• Manage all aspects of the eSports teams and players; including the eSports rosters, in-game names, and accounts.
• Oversee all practices and matches held by team members ensuring game integrity and player safety.
• Coordinate with the WVSEL to promote eSports in WV and, when necessary, the WVSSAC.
• Provide input into game and tournament selections; oversee player eligibility for tournament participation.
• Assist in cleaning, repairing, inventorying, storing and replacing equipment; assist with team travel as needed.
