The lead will implement unit strategies, supervise colleagues, and assist the healthcare team with patient care, equipment, and supplies to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of phlebotomy training.
• Minimum one year experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS required.
• Phlebotomy proficiency preferred.
