Job summary

Precision Manufacturing in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Equipment Assembler to join our team. This full-time, day-shift role (Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) involves taking equipment from parts through completion, using prints and build information to solve fit-up issues.

You will assemble frames and major components, adjust moving parts, prepare equipment for testing, and help organize work while supporting other team members. Benefits include health insurance and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• General mechanical ability and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read prints, take measurements, and assemble equipment accurately.
• Experience with machinery, farm or construction equipment, hydraulics, wiring, engines, drivetrains, fabrication, or equipment repair is valuable.

Lead Equipment Assembler – Brooten, Minnesota

Precision Manufacturing is looking for a lead equipment assembler to join our team. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position (Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) with pay of $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and ability.

Overview

We build complete specialty equipment, including Brown Bear tractors and Arrow Hammer equipment. This role involves taking equipment and major assemblies from parts through completion, working from prints and build information, and using mechanical experience to solve fit‑up and assembly issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames, mechanical components, engines, driveline parts, hydraulic hoses, electrical components, and other major assemblies.
• Adjust moving parts, prepare completed equipment for testing, and maintain quality standards.
• Help organize work, ensure necessary parts are available, and assist other assemblers with questions or problems.

Qualifications
