Job summary

PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our team in Southern Maine. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering premium garage floor coatings with craftsmanship and reliability.

You will lead installs, prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings, mentor newer installers, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism on every site.

Qualifications

• Two years of epoxy/polyaspartic flooring experience.
• Experience with grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lead installations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems.
• Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces.
• Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Help train and mentor newer installers as our team grows.

PremierGarage of Southern Maine is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with at least two years of experience installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems who can confidently lead projects and consistently deliver exceptional results.
