Job summary

TriHealth seeks an Epic Optime/Anesthesia Analyst to perform high-level systems analysis and programming across Epic modules. You will translate customer needs into detailed specifications and drive solutions from concept to completion with collaboration among Information Systems teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring maximum system availability, problem resolution, and leading project tasks to deliver timely, quality results in a demanding healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems is required.
• 4-5 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Epic Optime/Anesthesia Epic certification is considered a plus.
• Flexible/adaptable learning of new technologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports departmental and organizational processes including customer support and problem resolution to ensure maximum system availability.
• Provides appropriate escalation of critical issues as necessary.
• Performs high quality definition, analysis, design, programming and documentation for assigned projects and requests.
• Records, tracks, and documents the problem-solving process through to final resolution.
• Ensures project solutions meet goals and objectives of the requesting department.
• Provides leadership to ensure project tasks are completed accurately within the time estimates.
• Attends technical/professional training courses for career development.
