Franklin Hospital is seeking a full time Lead Environmental Services Team Member to join their team!

Summary: This position consists of 32 hours per week, evening shifts.

The Lead Environmental Services - FH role is responsible for shift oversight of Environmental Services staff and assigned areas, to assure that the hospital is maintained in a clean, sanitary, attractive, and accreditation inspection-ready status. This is a hands‑on position which includes providing cleaning services in defined scheduled areas and effectively communicating and delegating environmental services needs to department staff as appropriate.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: One year of work experience in environmental services required.
