Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code
• Preferred: Prior experience with environmental law
• 4 years or more of litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise prosecutors in the Criminal Prosecution Unit
• Manage a criminal docket
• Serve as lead and co-counsel in criminal prosecutions in multiple state courts
• Act as trial counsel in hearings, bench trials, and jury trials
