Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking an Environmental Monitoring and Sampling Services Supervisor on a non-standard shift. You will serve as the SME for EM and sampling activities, supervise the team, and work under the Environmental Monitoring and Sampling Manager to ensure timely, compliant operations across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or quality within pharma/ biotech settings.
• 3+ years in supervisory/managerial roles in parenteral/pharma.
• 2 years in GMP Environmental Monitoring or utilities sampling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EM and sampling staff and activities; act as SME.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; ensure performance aligns with expectations.
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and review EM sample collection work; set schedules.
• Ensure testing complies with internal procedures and cGMPs.
• Develop and review technical documents; support budget planning.
• Monitor KPIs for lab efficiency, safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead cross‑functional projects as SME.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Sciences

BSc in Sciences/Engineering

Associate’s degree + 6 years quality experience

High School diploma + 8 years quality experience
