• Water Operator Grade 2 certifications preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and directs laboratory technicians in chemical and bacteriological analyses of water.
• Coordinate testing schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement via corrective action and process controls.
• Manage monthly sampling using LIMS and BI to meet requirements.
• Interview and train staff; manage performance and staffing needs.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC standards and proper waste management.
