Responsibilities

• Supervise network operations, design, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Lead planning and implementation of secure, resilient network architecture.
• Evaluate WAN/LAN performance data and capacity planning strategies.
• Manage hardware/software documentation, testing, and vendor engagement.
• Develop disaster recovery and network continuity plans.
• Create network specifications and architecture documentation.
• Train and mentor staff; develop transition documentation and training plans.
• Review network-related contracts and ensure compliance and performance standards.
