Job summary

ECCO Select is seeking a Lead Integrations Engineer to design and deliver robust, event-driven integrations on AWS, spanning Kafka, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, ECS, and EKS. This role drives API strategy, IaC with Terraform, and a GitHub-based delivery pipeline, aligning with enterprise objectives and delivering observable, scalable solutions.

The candidate will own integration patterns (EDA, SOA) and lead migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures while ensuring security and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of software or integration engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise-scale integration platforms.
• 4+ years of hands-on, production experience with Apache Kafka (ideally Amazon MSK).
• Strong working knowledge of AWS EventBridge, SNS, and SQS with large-scale topologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise integration strategy across domains.
• Lead solution architecture for complex, multi-system integrations on AWS.
• Govern AWS resource usage and optimize cloud costs.
• Develop and maintain the integration platform roadmap.
