Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of GIS experience in enterprise environments.
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Online, Pro, and Enterprise.
Strong data governance and metadata practices.

Responsibilities

Manages development, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise GIS program.
Serves as SME for GIS technologies and system maintenance.
Designs and maintains GIS databases, dashboards, web maps, and reporting tools.
Coordinates collection and integration of CAD, BIM, and other formats into GIS.
Establishes GIS standards, data governance, and metadata requirements.
Collaborates with campus planning, space management, and facilities stakeholders.
Develops geospatial analysis and decision-support tools for campus planning and operations.
Collaborates with IT on GIS system maintenance and integration with enterprise systems.
Manages GIS-related projects and consultants across the university.
Provides technical guidance and promotes GIS best practices.
