Job summary

Altorfer Inc. seeks an Enterprise Lead Data Engineer to own and evolve the company’s enterprise data platform across Microsoft Fabric and related services.

You will lead data acquisition, integration, transformation, and storage while ensuring secure, governed, and scalable data for analytics, AI, and operations. The role focuses on data architecture, ingestion frameworks, and data modernization, with collaboration across ERP/CRM data domains and Power Platform teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, CS, data management, or engineering.
• Five+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, governance, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric and related services.
• Lead Medallion Architecture initiatives (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and ensure data is reliable and governed.
• Design, develop, test, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations.
• Collaborate with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform teams for data consistency and security.
