Biogen is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Architecture to define and govern the technology architecture supporting Global Commercial & Medical (GCM). You will own the target-state architecture, business capability roadmaps, and integration strategy across a broad ecosystem of platforms.

You will mentor architects and collaborate with IT leaders to align technology with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and secure scalable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience, preferably global/enterprise.
• 5+ years in architecture leadership (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
• Experience in pharma/biotech with CRM/omnichannel platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, PromoMats).
• Understanding of commercial/medical capabilities, regulatory considerations, and global needs.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, data patterns.

• Lead strategic GCM initiatives and shape early solution designs.
