Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect in Findlay, OH or San Antonio, TX. Summary: The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for understanding and supporting the alignment of enterprise environments within the Refining domain. The EA will collaborate with the EA Center of Excellence on standards, governance, and support digital transformation strategies. This role involves leading enterprise architecture practices, shaping strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with both business and technology priorities. The EA will also guide the integration of emerging technologies and support the development of future-state business models. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with executive management to define and drive architecture vision and strategy
• Assess and mitigate risks, resolve architectural challenges, and track innovation
• Monitor industry trends and integrate emerging technologies
• Guide other architects and teams on enterprise architecture practices and principles
• Present comprehensive IT investment roadmaps and gap analyses
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 7+ years of relevant architecture experience
• 3-5+ years of business architecture experience preferred
• 2-3+ years of Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) preferred
• Analytical thinking
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Business Architecture Body of Knowledge)
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
• Business acumen and cloud computing experience
• Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement mindset
• Data Modeling and Process Orchestration experience
• Strategic outlook and systems-thinking
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
