Job summary

Metis Strategy seeks experienced AI trainers to design and deliver hands-on training for enterprise clients. Sessions are virtual, spanning 3–4 hours, across global time zones, with cohorts focusing on skills, agents, and MCP servers.

You will co-facilitate with other Metis trainers, tailor content to client industries, and ensure materials stay current as models and pricing change quarterly. The role combines teaching, technology, and strategic advisory across the US.

Qualifications

• Shipped LLM or agentic systems to production with demonstrable examples.
• Understanding agent security: least-privilege tools, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on AI training for enterprise clients.
• Co-facilitate with Metis trainers and tailor content per client industry and security requirements.
• Keep content current as models, tools, and pricing evolve quarterly.
