Job summary

Curative is seeking an Otolaryngologist to build and lead a comprehensive ENT service in Williston, North Dakota, serving a regional catchment across western North Dakota and eastern Montana. This full-time position offers breadth across general ENT, otology, rhinology, laryngology, and pediatric ENT with strong referral demand and autonomy.

Clinic hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexible options (4×10s, part-time) and a shared clinic/OR model adjacent to hospital facilities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
• Pediatrics fellowship preferred.
• Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a comprehensive ENT service line for a regional community.
• Provide broad adult and pediatric ENT care with a mix of clinic, in-office procedures, and surgery.
• Collaborate with MA, CNA, nursing support and virtual scribes to support the practice.
• Participate in a shared clinic/OR model with structured scheduling and on-site call coverage.
