AMN Healthcare seeks an ENT Physician to join an established otolaryngology practice in Spearfish, SD. The role offers autonomy, a dedicated clinical team, and access to on-site lab, X-ray, and EPIC EMR.

Compensation includes a $585,000 base salary with a 4.5 day work week, plus a $56,000 sign-on bonus and a $100,000 retention bonus. Relocation support, CME allowance, retirement contributions, and resident stipend are offered, with a broad regional patient base.

Qualifications

• ENT/otolaryngology expertise specifically for ENT Physician role.
• Strong clinical decision making in head and neck disorders.
• Experience within a multi-state regional practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care, including general ENT procedures and evaluations.
• Support surgical scheduling and patient management with dedicated OR block time.
