KBR's Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Operating Unit is seeking to hire a Lead Engineering Technician to join the team. CIP provides expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Utilities/Control Systems for the DoD, FAA, and Federal Law Enforcement.
Job Summary: The Energy Management Technician (Lead Engineering Technician) will support the corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance of HVAC Systems at APG ARL/WMRD. Performs maintenance, testing and repairs on all DDC, electronic, electrical and pneumatic control systems as related to HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Position Description: Under general supervision, maintains and repairs METASYS energy management systems and HVAC controls in multiple buildings located on Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

Salary range: $82,900 - $124,400. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
