Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 12+ years of program management experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role supervising other program managers.
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with PM tools and methodologies.
  • PMI credentials (PMP, PgMP) are a plus and advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI, NPI).
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with radio frequency technologies or programs.
  • Experience with aviation security technologies or programs.
  • Experience with TSA, DHS or other government regulatory bodies.

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
