Qualus is seeking a Lead Substation Engineer to design substations per applicable codes and client standards, including general arrangement, equipment layouts, and power systems. The role may be based in multiple locations across the U.S.
with responsibilities spanning from design through QA/QC and client liaison. The candidate will lead project design efforts, develop BOMs, and create specifications for procurement while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Typical design to include general arrangement, equipment and electrical layout, elevation views, cable trench, grounding, conduit drawings, details, bills of material, and AC and DC power systems.
This position may be based in Lake Mary, FL; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Las Vegas, NV, Boise, ID; Raleigh, NC; or Fort Worth, TX.
