You understand how converter, inverter, and energy storage designs fit into the larger electric power and propulsion system. You are a clear communicator who works comfortably with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You can coordinate people from different disciplines, turn customer requirements into technical direction, and spot gaps early. You bring technical judgment to both day-to-day problem solving and longer-term planning.
