Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Engineer Lead to support the Marine Corps PM MAGTF C2 program. You will oversee SAFe processes, conduct design evaluations, and manage documentation and briefing materials for critical defense programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 14+ years of experience, with SAFe certifications within six months and DAWIA/CSEP preferred. This position is based in Stafford, VA and involves coordination with government stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with PM MAGTF C2 engineers to prepare, edit, publish, and archive engineering documents and briefing materials.
• Conduct final QA checks for all engineering documents and briefing material before Government release.
• Facilitate Agile Release Trains, evaluate designs and engineering changes for MAGTF C2 portfolio, and assess deliverables from engineering, SSAs, and external organizations.
• Write and submit meeting agendas, briefing materials, and transcribe CCB discussions in accordance with CDRLs.

SALARY RANGE: The salary range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $159,160-– $182,371 per year. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and internal equity considerations.

DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Engineer Lead to support to the Marine Corps Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2). Principal responsibilities focus on implementation of defense acquisition process and operations within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) through the Solutions and Integration Team, to include overseeing technical reviews, Configuration Control Board (CCB) preparations, and evaluating architectures.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Collaborate, interact, and contribute with PM MAGTF C2 engineers and other technical professionals on a daily basis to provide expert assistance to the Government in creating, editing, formatting, publishing, and archiving a variety of engineering documents (including Original Equipment Manufacturer documents) and briefing material
• Conduct final quality assurance checks for all engineering documents and briefing material prior to Government release
• Facilitate and provide services to the Agile Release Trains, evaluating designs and engineering changes to the MAGTF C2 portfolio of equipment and evaluating technical deliverables provided by Engineering, System Support Activities (SSAs) and external organizations.
• Write and submit meeting agendas, briefing materials, and transcribe meeting discussions IAW CDRLs for the Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of systems engineering, command and control systems, system architectures, technical reviews, configuration/change control, architecture runway, integration across systems and Agile Release Trains
• Ability to work with government provided software packages (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees
• Ability to use Artificial/Super Intelligence for research and document preparation

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 14 years’ engineering experience
• SAFe forArchitects within six months of hire; Leading SAFe/SA within six months of hire
• Preferred: INCOSE CSEP/PSEP; applicable DAWIA Engineering certification or equivalent
