Job summary

Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support the Marine Corps PM MAGTF C2. Principal duties include identifying DMSMS and obsolescence risks and developing mitigation actions to protect system availability, schedule, and cost.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with eight years' experience (or an approved substitution), knowledge of Marine Corps logistics processes, and be proficient with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's degree with eight years' experience; substitutions: Associate's + 10 years' or High School Diploma + 8 years' relevant experience
• SAFe Practitioner certificate or completion of SAFe Practitioner course within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Identify DMSMS and obsolescence risks for configuration items.
• Develop risk mitigation actions to counter obsolescence impacts.
• Provide recommended actions to mitigate risk impact on system availability, schedule, and cost.
• Deliver all source data from the DMSMS program to support Government forecasting of DMSMS risks

SALARY RANGE: The salary range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $85,371-$97,731 per year. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and internal equity considerations.

DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support to the Marine Corps Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2). Principal duties align with tracking Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)/obsolescence management.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Establish a program to identify configuration items, including spare parts subject to DMSMS and obsolescence based on submissions from managing Warfare Centers and the internal analysis of the applicable MAGTF C2 programs
• Include a process to identify when a DMSMS or obsolescence risk may impact the configuration baseline and develop risk mitigation action(s) to counter any parts obsolescence issues
• Upon identification of a DMSMS or obsolescence risk, develop and provide recommended actions to mitigate the risk impact to system availability, schedule, and cost
• Deliver all source data from the DMSMS program to support Government forecasting of DMSMS risks

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Marine Corps logistics processes, to include provisioning, readiness reporting, GCSS-MC, TFSMS, WAWF/PIEE
• Demonstrated proficiency with applicable Marine Corps logistics processes and systems.
• Ability to work with government provided software packages (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees
• Ability to use Artificial/Super Intelligence for research and document preparation

• Bachelor's degree with eight years' experience. Substitutions: Associate's + 10 years' or High Schoo Diploma + 8 years' relevant experience
• SAFe Practitioner certificate or completion of SAFe Practitioner course within six months of hire
