Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and ability to operate tools safely.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to read temperature gauges and utility meters.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building's physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and safety of tools and equipment.
• Keep storerooms and workspaces organized and stocked with parts.
• Complete delegated work orders promptly and professionally.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
