  • Many more supplemental benefits available
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to field teams for high‑voltage distribution equipment and high‑voltage motors/generators.
  • Solve electrical equipment issues and coordinate technical response across Air Products facilities.
  • Supervise vendor shop repairs of high‑voltage motors and equipment to verify quality and workmanship.
  • Document critical work with repair reports to support traceability and long‑term equipment history.
  • Develop engineered solutions to eliminate recurring electrical issues.
  • Improve plant reliability by trending performance data and updating maintenance procedures.
  • Lead and participate in root‑cause analyses (RCA) and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Develop and complete predictive and preventive maintenance strategies for critical electrical assets.
  • Apply internal and national standards when specifying, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment.
  • Review and approve engineering documents for plant upgrades and reliability projects.
  • Train, coach, and mentor technicians and operations staff on safe operation and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.

  • Program protective relays using settings developed from system studies and validate performance through event analysis.
Required Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all objectives safely and achieve 100% compliance with Air Products’ safety requirements.
