Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Lead Distribution Engineer to provide technical leadership in electrical distribution system design and regulatory compliance across multiple locations. You will mentor staff, review designs, and coordinate workload assignments to maximize productivity.

The role requires travel up to 20-25% to client sites and involves supporting recruiting efforts and meetings with stakeholders. A BS in engineering with 6+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree and 6+ years of distribution engineering experience.
• Knowledge of NESC and other applicable codes and standards.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and operate client provided programs and systems.
• Proven history of successfully attaining results in a production environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20 - 25% of the time to client sites (at least once per month) for project and/or marketing meetings.

Position Overview

Power your future with Qualus in our Distribution department as a Lead Distribution Engineer. The Lead Distribution Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to all members of the Distribution group.

This position may be based in Lake Mary, FL; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Las Vegas, NV, Boise, ID; Raleigh, NC; or Fort Worth, TX.
