GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Engineer, Blades Fleet Engineering, to resolve complex blade issues across the fleet and lead RCAs from identification to corrective action validation. You will drive actions with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and performance.

The Lead Engineer, Blades Fleet Engineering, is responsible for the technical resolution of complex blade issues within the fleet. In this role, you will lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, manage technical workstreams, and serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners for GE Vernova’s Wind Energy business. You will utilize your deep understanding of blade design and reliability to drive permanent corrective actions, ensuring that our contracted fleet maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
