A leading defense technology company in Costa Mesa, CA is looking for a candidate to lead the technical development of large aircraft. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams through the design, build, flight testing, and production of aircraft systems. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields and have significant experience in air vehicle program leadership. Candidates must also be able to troubleshoot and analyze remotely deployed systems and will need to travel up to 50%. The salary range is $254,000—$336,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of unmanned aircraft at and above Group 3 class.
• Experience as a senior leader in air vehicle programs.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes under constraints.
